About this Service
Never pay for land before you have seen an official search. It is the only document that tells you who is actually registered as the owner, how big the parcel really is, and whether anyone has placed a charge, caution or caveat on it.
We run the search through Ardhisasa or the relevant registry, and send you the certified result. If the parcel sits under an older registry that is not yet digitised, we tell you that plainly rather than leaving you guessing.
We will also read the result back to you in plain language, so you understand exactly what an encumbrance or a caution means for the deal in front of you.
